First 2days in Korea !

Morning of 1st June 2010

We proceeded to a old traditional village.

On the way there,  

Tadah ! The pavilion at the old village.

But sadly, the inner area was not open for visiting on the point of visit, so we will have to come some other day D:

Next, we proceeded to Seoul Tower ! 

Presenting, Seoul Tower ! 

The view from the Seoul Tower was magnificent ! 

Last stop, MBC ! 

They had really super huge amount of lighting in one room, having more than 300 i think ! 

MBC started in 1961, now they have their own News Centre, Radio Centre and Program Radio.

They have 13 different rooms, 4 of them for recording and 9 for live shows and having musical instrument and special effects in some of the rooms for the shows. 

They have a magic studio, which backdrop is a blue screen, which is used for weather forecast reporting etc. 

Chroma-color marking for visual effects are made used as well. 

Think you are looking too skinny in real life? Try the camera in MBC which makes you look 10% bigger!  The price of it is bound to scare you off. 

Skills like handling cameras and knowing the equipment that we learn in DAV will be put to good use as lighting, cameras, sound and etc is specialized in production of both video and audio broadcasting. 

That marks the end of the trip for that day.

Second Day

Proceeding to the Museum next, 

Next up, the Palace, which was build 47 years before the Forbidden City ! 

Last stop before 明洞 , PictoStudio ! 

They are using 3D, 2D and claymation for their animation. PictoStudio have been established for 10 years now. They have came up with a lot of good works and the most recent one is  Aeko and Lovely Friends. They develop television series, commercials too !
